Razzy Bailey emerged in the late 1970s as a fine purveyor of soulful country music and over a ten-year period he scored an impressive 31 country hits, with half making the top ten and five of them going all the way to the top.

I Keep Coming Back features his hits Tonight She’s Gonna Love Me (Like There’s No Tomorrow), If Love Had A Face, I Ain’t Got No Business Doin’ Business Today and I Can’t Get Enough Of You, Loving Up A Storm, and three double-sided number ones: I Keep Coming Back/True Life Country Music, Friends/Anywhere There’s A Jukebox and Midnight Hauler/Scratch My Back (And Whisper In My Ear). By 1981 he was Billboard magazine’s Country Singles Artist of the Year and was playing many major venues

Razzy Bailey’s wondrous voice - the well-weathered kind that suggests as much as it states - is captured here on his most successful pop-country recordings.
